I have to take a break from this journal. I'm aiming to eat more healthier now and work at getting to some level of wellness, so I hope this all works out.

My weight is up 2 lbs now (about 96.6) however, I weighed after eating not long ago (early morning) so I don't know the accurate weight, I just know for sure it's up that much. NO more snacking at night. I've got some sleep aid to help prevent the rapid heart beating which usually causes me to have to eat something for it to stop. As, ridiculous as it sounds, I can't give into that anymore. I feel my weight is shooting up like a rocket now and I just feel terrible.

I'm hoping to drop a few ounces by the weekend, if not a lb. I've eliminated most starches from my diet and I'm trying to get in more protein than usual. Hopefully, this will work out.

New low weight (very close to all-time low) [15 May 2006|05:52pm]
It's been awhile. I've dropped a ton lately. I'm not sure how exactly.. Saturday, I made a huge mistake jumping off my vegetarian diet and I had a full 12 inch (turkey, no cheese, or mayo) ate the first 6" around 6 pm and the other half at around 2:40 am. I had no other snack food around for me to have that 'small' snack then because where I was staying there wasn't any food except that. But, alas, the calories aren't so bad per sandwhich (260, that's without the added fat). It bugs me that I did that, but when at home I usually try and force myself to eat a small cup of branflakes or cornflakes when I get weak at night. The strange thing is I'm still losing even when I do force myself to eat. My arms are swollen like Popeye arms, like literally, it makes me feel even more self consicious because I feel so out of proportion. I can't believe I'm almost to my low weight, it feels like I should have been less then, because I look like I weigh more.

Today has been reasonably better I think. I got in more than enough exercise, some hard core inline skating under the baking sun. I went skating after lunch and came back almost around 3 pm.

Remember, how I said I wouldn't eat anymore yesterday, well my stomach was growling around 1:30 am last night so I got up and had some Bran flakes cereal. That would be two 3/4 cups of cereal. Ah, thank you again period. I mean is possible, just a little that you could burn calories on a period? I just don't understand because I did eat enough yesterday and my body was still craving more and that never happens. I was though working on math for up to 6 hours last night.And, perhaps I ate too early as well, but then again I wasn't weak until after midnight. My weight was 2.6 lbs heavier this morning, which is understandable. I know my intake is high, but I've been up very early and have been in class today, including taking a test and was up a bit last night.

There isn't a whole lot of organic food for me to choose from in my house. I went off my vegetarian diet today to have the turkey because I was getting tired of the same thing. I'm going to start getting more fruit in my diet as well. Another thing, I don't usually drink anything with calories in it so I don't list them, mostly it's just sugar free Kool Aid (sweetnlow), tea, diet soda and water.

I'm going to see if I can make it through the night without eating anymore. If I get weak I think I'll get some cold vegetables, or something light and healthy.

I may have burned a lot of calories yesterday. I was constantly active, attended a ballgame, did a ton of walking, skated, however, I'm not entirely positive how much I did burned.

I'm not sure of the accurate weight this morning because of eating recently and drinking that much soda. However, it was 96.6, so possibly it could have been less.


veggie wrap from McAllisters (no cheese, cucumbers, lettuce, onions, tomatoes on pita bread with fat-free basil sauce)
1 bag of Baked Lays potatoe chips (130, 1.5 grams of fat)

At the baseball game:

It was raining earlier this week but I did get some hardcore pilates in on Wednesday. Today with how good the weather was, I went inline skating for an hour at 6:30 pm. I burned off everything I ate.

My weight dropped to 97.8 today.

I suppose I will count up calories until where I started binging. I only purged a little tonight..

My weight bumped up to 99.2 today, but that was after I had lunch, so technically its less but I'm not feeling down about it. I'm starting to believe that I would rather be in shape than too thin...

Super-duper fat day for me. At least everything I did eat was still healthy. I'm still very uncomfortable about it though, it's the most fat I've consumed in a day for months. The calories were caculated mostly by Fitday.com.

Such a fatty. I refused to eat anymore tonight, unless it's tea, that's it. No more late night bran flakes cereal feasting. I usually just eat 2 3/4 cups of the cereal, but even then that's over the serving and too much.

I need to be more active, I've lost so much muscle from restriction that I don't look even remotely thin (or better yet toned). Just flabby and gross. The skin on my arms can be stretched like rubber, they are just too chubby.

I swear I'm going to do pilates when I get finished with studying. I need a workout to relieve this stress.

Dinner's intake:

3 oz of salmon (127 cals)
1 bite of shark (not sure of the cals)
2 pickles (0 cals)

I reached 97.4 Friday morning. And, since then it's been the same. A sweet triumph as it was my goal weight for a while. I haven't been below this weight since last year. And, 92 lbs being my all time low. I'm hoping to get to 95 by around May.

Today's intake so far:

11:00 am

2 pieces of wheat bread (100 cals)
1 veggie pattie (70 cals)
ketchup (15 cals)
1 tsp of thick strawberry yogurt (10 cals) It was disgusting so I didn't eat it all.
Dannon Fit'n'Light Strawberry Smoothie (70 cals) - I really feel bad I had this because it made me sick.

Total: 265

I haven't exercised in a very long time.

I'm not sure what I'm eating tonight, probably not much, but I hope I don't get into the bran flakes tonight seeing as I sometimes do when I'm up late working on homework and feeling weak.

Because of the chicken, rice and beans, my calorie intake today is not entirely accurate. Sorry, I haven't been updating just been super busy with life.

Current Stats:

BMI: 16.3
Weight: 98.2

I hope to be at least 97 by next Saturday.

Today's Intake:

small teriyaki chicken pattie (an estimated 140)
8 (pre-frozen) baked potato fries (120, 3 grams of fat)

Dannon Light'n'Fit strawberry yogurt (60 cals)

3 glasses of Crystal Lite Strawberry Kiwi (15 cals)

That is all I've had today and I was entirely not very hungry. I'm not sure of my real intake (but it must be low.) I ate more than usual yesterday but worked out for a period of an hour and a half. Mostly, of pilates and 10 minute situps. I really would like to stop eating as many carbs and start working on toning my arms, they are my worse feature. I look 100 times my weight right now, it's bizarre.

No exercise, but I've worked on math problems for the past 8 hours. Counts for something right?

Ahh, I did awful today. It started off good. I found out that I lost weight. I'm down to 99 lb even, now if I could just lose more to get where I was in February.

I don't care to add up the numbers. I ate the foods for dinner by accident. I didn't see the calories until I had already ate them. My mom prepared the meal. It's the first big meal I've had in a while but totally not worth it!

I'm getting a good accurate weight tomorrow for sure.

I was sick this past week due to protein deficiency, but the swelling amazingly has decreased. It's mostly just in my arm. I've made sure to put more protein in my diet.

So here's today's entire intake (which I am not quite proud of to be honest.) I won't be eating anymore tonight.

1 veggie dog (80 cals)
1 bun (70 cals)
1 tbsp of vegetarian chili (30 cals, not exactly sure)

South Beach Diet peanut butter protein bar (140 cals, fat: 5 grams)

Dannon Light'n'Fit Strawberry Smoothie (70 cals)
6 turkey thin slices (50 cals)
banana peppers (3 cals)
pickles (0 cals)
2 slices of bread (150 cals)

Total: a big-o-whopping 593 (and not entirely accurate)

I weighed in at 101 lbs. I'm bloated and on a period. Yuck. I stopped exercising regularly on Tuesday but I will get into the hang of things tomorrow.
